Santa Maria Novella L’Iris EDP 100ml

LIris the Officinas very first Eau de Parfum, which debuted in spring 2022, earns its due place in the I Giardini Medicei collection. L’Iris reinterprets the history of Florence, celebrating its many and multifaceted connections with the flower that stands as its symbol still today. At the base of the olfactory construction lies the iris butter, extracted from the flowers rhizomes: the most precious raw material of poudr ingredients, it needs 6 years of maturation. The iris flower connects many cultures and it has been a potent symbol of protection since ancient Greece.

A bouquet that knows how to be delicate and vividly bright. The top notes of galbanum, timur pepper and neroli encounter geranium, magnolia champaca and sambac jasmine in the heart. In the base, musk and ambergris but above all the iris fiorentina concrete. An incredibly precious raw material, obtained after 6 years of decantation from the rhizomes of iris flowers cultivated on the Florentine hills.
